Dense dark ruby purple colour. The nose is floral, dark fruity and meaty with ground pepper and gingerbread spices. Moderate oak and a rounded texture, bold and ripe with fleshy dark fruit like blackberry, plum, pepper and some raw meat. Well rounded with an underlying freshness, yet bold and ripe with layers of spicy fruit and a long, dense finish.
