Red wine with a medium intense, ruby-red colour. Fine nose there. Combining some new oak, some roasted notes, hint of smoke, with dried spices. Quite elegant fruit I would say. More on the red fruity side. With notes of plum, raspberry, some ginger, white pepper. Well balanced palate. A wine with a quite high concentration and ripe fruit. I like the subtleness of the texture here. There is nothing hard or harsh there is a good backbone of quite a fine tannin there. Well balanced acidity as well. I think the oak is also quite toned down, more on the palate than on the nose. There is an attractive smokiness, spiciness there. With that sweet red fruit lingering on the finish. Ending with that spicy, peppery, yet fresh, like ginger, pepper. So a nice example actually. Yeah, quite fine.
