La Motte – The Pierneef Collection 2014 – Western Cape

Dark ruby colour with a purple hue. Roasted nose of new oak, sweet dark fruit and some spicy notes. Medium bodied palate with a rounded texture, mild tannin, pepper, clove and vanilla notes with dark berries, some oak presence and a rather long warm finish.
