Bright light golden colour with a fine mousse. The nose is layered with some complexity and autolytic notes, fresh butter, pastry, yellow fruit and ripe citrus with some nuttiness. The palate offers good density and bite with layers of ripe yellow fruit, a mild creaminess, spicy notes of ginger and pepper with a fresh backbone, grippy and long finish with an approaching complexity.
