Kosova Wine – Reserve Merlot 2014 – Kosovo

Medium deep ruby red colour. Sweet nose of ripe fruit, plum with dark berries, some floral notes and discreet oak. Youthful palate, quite high level of tannin but no hard edges, fresh acidity, still a youthful grip but with pleasant dark fruit, and a long lingering finish. Fine room for improvement.
