Bright straw colour. Youthful and intense nose, a gentle toastiness (oak?) yet finely tuned with some chalky notes, fresh pear, gooseberry and herbs. Good grip on the palate, flavour intense with fine extract and freshness, long and persistent flavours blending pale stone fruit with citrus and some stoniness, good length and purity on the finish.
