Jean-Marc Brocard – Les Vieilles Vignes de Sainte Claire 2013 – Chablis

Youthful, pale straw yellow with a dash of green. Pure nose, unoaked, with some stony mineral notes. Young stone fruit, citrus, some fresh almond. Crisp palate, light texture, mouthwatering acidity. Youthful and restrained fruit, with some zesty notes; green apple and quince. A medium-long aftertaste, finishing bone dry.
