Red wine with a quite deep colour here, still impenetrable at the core rather opaque. Fresh nose there, pure, quite modern fruit, no real indication of oak, but rather those juicy, dark, blackberry, plum notes, some mild spiciness as well. Nice texture here, quiet full, but I like that it is really a quiet subtle texture, with a good density of fruit, but really with an emphasis of that dark, juicy fruit; like crushed blackberry, cassis. Really fruit forward, but at the same time with good depth and weight. The tannins are nicely integrated there, really powering. There is not a lot of oak influence, for this style which is still pretty young, I find it really drinkable, juicy and attractive. With a slight sweet spiciness on the finish, clove, sweet pepper and ginger. Really good length and attractive drinking now.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
