Bright and light golden colour. Very intense nose. I would say, quite mineral at first, with an excellent purity of fruit. There are some floral hints, there are ripe but not overripe fruit. More in the direction of yellow stone fruit here, apricot and yellow plum. With some mild spices like pepper and cardamom. Good grip on the palate. I really say full-bodied yet with that purity of fruit. There is no hint of oakiness there. Bright acidity underneath that really lingers on the palate. I think this is still a youthful wine, but it is approaching some kind of complexity because it is multi-layered. Really long and lingering finish, with a spiciness. Drinks beautifully today and should keep developing for many years.
