Hinderer&Wolff – Pinot Noir Barriques 2017 – Alsace

Medium deep ruby red colour. Nice perfume of red berries, plum, discreet oak and pain d’épices. Youthful palate, rather full with ripe and spicy fruit, some oak presence, youthful but ripe tannin with good length, fine material, just needing some more time to soften and develop.
