Inky dark purple core. Intense, pure and ripe nose offering plenty of dark fruit like cassis, blackberry and black cherry with vanilla, sweet spices and new oak notes. Dense palate, concentrated and chewy, still youthful but balanced in a modern style with generous oak, roasted notes, sweet dark fruit, yet with a fresh acidity underneath, tannins are ripe but dense and a long lingering finish. An ambitious wine still needing time to soften and develop
