Completely pale and colourless, transparent. Pure nose here, with discreet notes of alcohol. I get some grassy and herbal notes like lemon zest, like lime, clear hints of juniper; so very recognizable as a gin, but I would say it’s a slightly fresher style, I almost get some green like lemongrass or something fresh and aromatic in there. On the palate, I think the alcohol is well-balanced, it doesn’t burn. I get much more dry spices on the palate, like cumin and cardamom, some hints of licorice. Quite discreet and soft and supple on the finish. Rather persistent.
