Rosé wine with a rather light colour, a slight hint of onion skin, watery rim. Pure on the nose, with quite discreet fruit. Aromatically, it’s showing off some gentle hints of red fruit; we have some grapefruit, some red cherry. Good bite on the palate, good integration from skin contact, gives a balanced bitterness that gives structure. Some notes of lemon zest. Might have a slight hint of oak, because we have a nice underlying nuttiness. Good grip, with a nice fresh acidity, and it keeps lingering for quite a good while, so it’s more than medium in terms of length; quite persistent on the palate, good freshness on the finish, classically bone-dry with a good bite. A very gastronomic style of rosé wine. That’s good actually!

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
