Red wine with a quite dense ruby core, there’s some evolution on the rim. The nose has some evolution as well, not really primary fruits, there’s some hints from aging, there’s some oak present; vanilla, mild spices, as well as sweet dark plum, red berry fruit. There’s some complexity from a certain amount of age. Palate has a good grip, it’s a rather full-bodied style; it’s still marked by a good level of freshness, very finely grained tannins, I suppose this has a few years so they’re just starting to integrate there. Delicious red fruit, crushed red berries, sweet plum, and the wood gives a slight hint of cedar, tobacco. Rather elegant style with a certain complexity now, with a multilayered finish, it has a long good length, a persistent palate. Very delicious in a gastronomic style. A wine obviously that will continue to develop, but I think it has reached a good level of drinkability right now. I find this very delicate, something I would like to enjoy with a lighter meat such as chicken with mushrooms and things in that direction. I like it very much. C’est bon ça!
