Rosé wine, medium deep, more towards pale in terms of colour, with a copper nuance. Fresh and primary nose, with a clear notion of red berries. Aromatically it’s more like a red than a white wine I would say. It’s showing red berries, a mild spiciness, some notes of pepper, and a floral hint like rose petal. Very vivid palate here, elevated acidity, very mouthwatering. In terms of volume it’s a quite light weight wine, with a certain presence of tannin here. I get some notes of sour red cherry, sour plum. It still feels very young, almost like freshly fermented grape must; but I like that vital, fresh and crisp sensation. Not bad finish, it keeps going for quite a while. Pure, fresh and generous in a more red wine, red fruity style.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
