Medium deep golden colour. Intense and spicy nose offering exotic fruit notes, nougat, caramel, honey and some oak. The nose suggests sweetness but the palate remains firmly dry with a crisp acidity, nicely layered with spicy baold fruit, fresh pineapple and nougat flavours. Long and grippy finish. Far from a classic style, nice character and structure.
