Familia Deicas – Mar De Piedras Vineyard 2015 – San José

Very inky black purple colour coloring the glass. High ripeness with plum, fig, cassis and liquorice notes. A bit more restrained on the palate, no jammy flavours and a fresh backbone dense and weighty with ripe tannin, integrated wood and fresh cassis notes on the finish. Good length, still deserving time to develop but potent and powerful.
