Light to medium deep golden colour, still a fine brightness. Quite intense nose here. There is ripe fruit with pineapple, a lot of yellow fruit. Quite ripe herbs here. This is more in the direction of freshly cut grass, herbal, with some ripe herbs again. Some hints of mint, nice yellow fruit. Perhaps a bit of oak in the background. Slight toastiness. Good grip on the palate here. This is obviously Sauvignon, but a riper style. In terms of stylistically, this would lean more in the direction of white Bordeaux. But very elegant and juicy fruit, well-retained freshness. I suppose there is a hint of oak in the background here but it is well concealed. So delicious yellow fruit, with zesty notes of ripe lemon and grapefruit. Long and fresh finish. A wine that is perfectly ready to drink now. There is a slight degree of complexity. Finish is quite layered. Spicy and long.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
