Rosé wine with a rather pale colour, classically pale rosé de Provence style with a hint of copper. Quite elegant nose, rather discreet at first with just a hint of mineral, some notes of red berry fruit, and ripe lemon. Good grip on the palate, I like the freshness here, it’s salivating; vibrant acidity, well-balanced with a good fruitiness, but more positively firm in a mineral style with lemon zest, grapefruit, some notes of red berries. It’s a nice light medium weight but with good persistence; also good layers, there’s something going there. It’s more than an aperitif style, it has some dimensions and good length, so more of a gastronomic style I would say.
