Rosé Grenache, Mourvedre, Syrah
Rosé wine with a medium intensity, pink with a hint of copper. Quite fruit forward nose, no hints of oak. I get some plum, red berries, citrus, but a clear notion of rather red fruit, red wine let’s say. Bone-dry on the palate with a good freshness here. Slight presence of tannin. I think it has medium weight, but there’s a good flavour intensity here. On the palate I get some more notes of fresh pineapple, grapefruit and those red berries. It has a certain length, it keeps lingering for a while. Interesting, with a certain structure; good purity of fruit, classically bone-dry, with generous fruit.
