Domaine Sarrabelle – In Vinum 2015 – Gaillac

Dark ruby red colour. Pure nose offering aromatic herbs, sage, red currant, plum and a hint of oak. Nice palate, medium weight, digest fruit with a fine spiciness, a hint of oak and plenty of spice, full of character and nice length.
