Rose wine but with a very pale colour. Barely noticeable at least in this light, but a slight pink tinge, a slight hint of copper, onion skin. Good purity on the nose. Very primary fruit, notes of crushed apple, pear, with lemon zest. Just a slight indication of red fruit, like red cherry. No traces of oak either. The palate is classically bone-dry with fresh acidity, well integrated, good balance there, with a slight presence of extract as well. Like lemon zest, apple and pear. Quite persistent finish. I would call this a medium-bodied style rose, yet with a certain freshness and elegance on the finish.
