Domaine Rouvinez – Les Grains Nobles 2008 – Valais

Medium deep golden colour. The nose has some evolution and complexity with earthy, mineral and truffle notes paired with yellow fruit. The palate has good bite, ripe and warm but well balanced with nutty notes, lush fruit, an approaching complexity and long, spicy finish.
