Straw colour, bordering light golden. Fairly youthful, with a green hue. Very fresh and vibrant nose, really youthful here still with a lot of primary fruits, like freshly crushed apples and pears with some lemon, some floral notes. And a good sense of stoniness or minerality. Very bright and very fresh, classic bone dry I would say. Still in its infancy considering the fruit. We have a high level of acidity there, really salivating and fresh. The fruitiness is still youthful as well, like fresh apple, fresh pear. Like biting into a fresh apple, you can get that salivating, juicy sensation. So a very pretty wine, in its fresh, floral and crispy style. However, something that will develop for sure, but it is already quite tempting I would say.
