Rosé, with a medium-deep intensity on the colour here, what we call partridge eye colour – which is a good term for a rosé. Youthful and fresh aromatically, I get a lot of quince, pear; then of course we have some of those red berries and plum. It’s a medium-bodied style of rosé, not the lightest, not the most structured either. Good emphasis on freshness here, quite attractive fruitiness on the palate, some hints of plum, red berries. Good freshness all along, it has a light towards medium-long finish, but bone dry on the finish, with some zesty red fruits. Nice, clean, and well-made.
