Domaine La Différence – La Racine Carrée Par La Différence 2016 – Côtes du Roussillon Villages

Medium deep purple colour. Young nose, still a bit closed, spicy and peppery with liquorice, sweet dark fruit and crème de cassis. Very good grip on the palate blending a fresh acidity with ripe and unctuous fruit like crushed berries, cassis, a mild spiciness and a long glossy finish. Still youthful but promising and tempting.
