Still white wine, with a light golden colour. The nose is clean, it’s a rather discrete style, no overt fruitiness; it’s more on the mineral side. There’s some hints of lemon zest, some grapefruit, some green apple, but pure and fresh. The palate is on the lighter side, classically bone-dry, with a good degree of freshness, and medium towards high acidity. It’s a rather discrete style, it doesn’t show any opulent fruit, but rather zesty salivating aftertaste. I suppose a lot of people would call it a gastronomic style for natural seafood etc. It feels rather low on alcohol as well, so a very digest, salivating and fresh style with discrete fruit, lemony flavors, and a rather light towards medium aftertaste.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
