Youthful wine with a quite low colour intensity, pale straw with a green hue. Nose is displaying a nice purity. More on the stony mineral side, with some hints of fresh herbs, lemon, lime. Some flinty notes. No presence of oak. The palate has a really good grip, it is a fairly light-bodied style. Without any presence of oak. Youthful with a high acidity. I like the extract in this one. It has what I would call a balanced bitterness, lemon zest, lime zest, youthful white fleshed fruit, like rather pear, apple and melon. What it lacks in roundness or breadth it has in length. So quite lingering, expanding on the finish. With a nice presence of minerality. Youthful and restrained fruit. Quite a gastronomic style, not impressive at first, but it really opens up. So I think this is a quite intriguing style of wine but I am certain it should develop really nicely.
