Domaine des Salamandres – Vendange Tardive 2015 – Quebec

Light golden colour. A slight hint of wood or rather nuttiness with sweet citrus, stone fruit, peach, ginger and pepper. High intensity on the palate, medium bodied but round and viscous with a really fresh acidity adding lift and length to the lush yellow fruit and nutty notes, really long and persistent finish.
