Domaine des Oullières – Au Delà 2015 – Coteaux d’Aix en Provence

Intense dark inky purple colour. Sweet nose offering baking spices, chocolate. Ripe dark berries and some new oak. The palate is dense and youthful with a firm tannic grip, still some oak presence, nice dark spicy fruit but still a bit restrained and tannic needing time to open.
