Rosé wine with a very pale colour, I think it’s barely noticeable but there’s just a slight hint of pink. Pure nose, youthful, showing good ripeness. I pick up notes of rather stone fruit in this one, more like apricot, peach; and also that underlying classic lemon grapefruit. On the palate it’s a medium-bodied style within the rosé wine segment, bone-dry with a good sense of freshness, juicy acidity, with some of those yellow fruity things going on on the palate. Quite long finish, and I like that dry sensation on the palate, it’s quite salivating and fresh.
