Domaine de La Baume – Les Vignes de Madame Chardonnay 2015 – Pays D’Oc

Medium deep, straw colour, quite youthful with greenish hue. Fresh nose, suggesting almond, green apple and citrus. Slight hint of vanilla, also a hint of fresh corn. Good bite on the palate. Youthful with a light to medium weight. There is a slight hint of sensation of sweetness on the palate, with quite rounded texture. With young fruit, such as pear, green apple, some lemony notes. Slight touch of vanilla, fresh almond. Pure and generous, with a good drinkability now. Rounded, medium-long finish. A wine for consumption quite early on.
