Intense opaque core. The nose reveals some maturity, earth, truffle, inky dark fruit, crème de cassis, sage and mint with a hint of wood underneath. The palate is dense with a rigid structure, plenty of tannin starting to soften, layers of dark fruit with ash, liquorice and cocoa flavours leading to a long and dense finish.
