Domaine de Fenouillet – Le Père La Minute 2015 – Faugères

Intense dark inky colour. Ripe nose displaying dark fruit, tobacco, liquorice and mild oak. The palate is still youthful on the extracted side with a tannic bite, wild herb flavours, crushed dark berries and a medium to long finish, still needing time to open.
