Domaine Albert Hertz – Gewurztraminer 2018 – Grand Cru Pfersigberg

Bright light golden colour. Pure, layered and spicy nose offering ripe yellow fruit, floral notes and oriental spices. Fine balance on the palate, ripe and unctuous with fine extract and balancing acidity, papaya flavours with clove, pepper and cardamom, and a grippy and long finish. Well-balanced.
