Cuma – Organic Malbec 2015 – Argentina

Very youthful colour here, blue-purple. Very young nose. Very primary in terms of fruitiness, crushed plum, some violet and then also some hint of almost like yogurt, something lactic. The palate has medium weight, but quite dense fruit there, with some violet infused dark plum. In terms of texture there is not a lot of tannin, but the ones we have are still quite young and grainy. So juicy fruit, plum, with a good level of freshness. It is actually quite mouth-watering. Medium towards long finish. Still a bit youthful and restrained, but with pleasurable fruit. It should offer a nice glass of wine within the near future.
