Corte Bianca – Extra Brut 2011 – Franciacorta

Bright straw colour with a green hue and fine mousse. Discreet nose with fresh almond, citrus, pale stone fruit and some floral hints. Really good grip on the palate, bright fruit a fresh backbone, fine creaminess and a long finish with approaching maturity/complexity.
