Medium deep golden colour with a fine mellow mousse. Intense, mature and pure nose with layers of ripe stone fruit, nougat, pastry, brioche, butter and candied citrus. The palate has great intensity and bite with a nutty spiciness, fine extract, mild mousse and well-integrated acidity, plenty of ripe fruit on the finish with glazed apricot and brioche notes, very long and grippy finish, complex and delightful.
