Medium deep ruby red colour. The nose offers some oak, butterscotch and vanilla with ripe cherry and sweet red berry fruit. The palate is rather dense, sweet fruit but well underlined by fine refreshing tannin that gives a lift, finely spicy with ginger, clove and sweet red fruit notes. Good grip and rather long finish, generous and spicy aftertaste.
