It is a quite light colour, so not a very old spirit. We can talk about a medium deep golden colour. The nose is also much more of that fruity, youthful side; with hints of some wood, some pepper notes, a slight hint of caramel, brown sugar, and some nutty notes, like almond. Does a good job on the palate, still with that youthful bite, you feel the alcohol there, but in the end I think you still get the sensation of that fruitiness, with those spicy notes, some candid fruit there, slight hint of honey. Slightly hot on the finish, but I think it is a well-balanced example of a slightly younger Cognac.
