Dark ruby red colour with a slight purple hue. Still a youthful nose needing some aeration, liquorice, aniseed, ripe plum, fig with some meaty and spicy notes. Dense and ripe palate with a youthful rigid tannic structure, wild herbs, crushed red fruit and some meaty notes, it shows good freshness and length in a ripe and opulent style, still needing some time to open.
