Clos Les Remparts – Cuvée Spéciale 2009 – Sauternes

Medium deep golden colour. Fine purity, rather classic nose of saffron, tea, almond, apricot and pineapple with some new oak. The palate is dense and concentrated with good layers, a balanced acidity, fine toastiness, integrated oak and long, rather spicy finish.
