Moderately intense colour, ruby-red losing some of that youthful hue. Pure nose fine intensity here with sweet plum and red berries. Not a lot of oak, just a hint of vanilla. A gentle touch of spice box as well. More, I would say, a traditional style. Palate has medium weight, with no indication of oak. Quite high acidity, but rounded. Already quite subtle with a good drinkability there. Sweet plum, red berry fruit, mild spiciness on the finish which is medium to long. I would say a quite traditional style. With good drinkability today but it should have potential for quite a long time in the cellar.

Tasted by the Best Sommelier of the World, Andreas Larsson.
