Chevalier Torpez – Ultimum 2014 – Côtes de Provence

Rosé wine with a light to medium pale rosé colour, with a hint of copper. Youthful nose displaying quite mixed fruits here, some hints of citrus, grapefruit, and some red berry notes. Classically dry on the palate, with a slight hint of tannin that adds a lift on the palate. Good freshness as well; it’s light to medium-weight in terms of style, offering that zesty red fruit; otherwise quite rounded structure. Quite light on the finish. Rounded and well-made drinkable style.
