Dark purple core and some evolution on the rim. Pure nose, finely spicy with black pepper, meaty notes, fine oak/butterscotch, plum and cassis notes. The plate is dense and weighty with fine proportions, fresh with ripe tannin, digest dark fruit, peppery and meaty notes on the finish. Good persistency.
