Rosé wine, in a very very pale style, classic Provence; just a slight hint of onion skin to get that colour. The nose is very fine, it has a nice purity of aromas; some floral hints. Beautiful fruits there, ripe citrus, some red berry notes. Quite multilayered actually, more an elegant style of rosé. Excellent freshness on the palate, good bite, I think this is a very fine method of skin contact, it gives just a lift and freshness on the palate but it doesn’t really appear tannic. Well-preserved fresh acidity. Nice layers of grapefruit, ripe lemons, with some of those red berry notes, strawberry, raspberry. Very juicy and fresh on the finish. Good length! I think this is a seriously structured rosé, I would call it elegant and a more complex style. Just beyond the aperitif, I would call this gastronomic style, and I would be happy to indulge this with some brochet or Mediterranean fish. Really well made. Good length, a hint of complexity, multilayered. Nice.
