Medium towards deep ruby red colour. Intense and layered nose with a fine toastiness, smoke, fine oak, coffee and ripe dark fruit. The palate is dense and weighty with good power and grip, ripe but plentiful tannins, layers of crushed dark berries with roasted coffee, fine toastiness and a long muscular finish. Really nice.
