Medium deep ruby red colour. Fresh nose with primary fruit; there’s some spicy notes going on, aniseed, some pepper, and still very youthful primary fruit like crushed berries and plum. Palate is on the lighter side, I would say light to medium weight, with a certain amount of extract; but rather that juicy fruit dominates the palate. Good level of freshness, it feels like a quite ripe and warm style, and I think it’s vinified in a nice way with this soft texture. A good level of freshness on the finish, with a certain amount of herbal spiciness.
