Beautiful golden colour, it combines a fine brightness with a quite deep nuance. Looks like it has gotten some age. That is bloody nice. There is some evolution there. Still with an excellent purity. There is a slight presence of earthiness and minerality. Then on top of that just layers of tropical fruit, like yellow plum, peach, apricot, with honey, some floral hints, fresh almond and fine spices. Really complex and intriguing and inviting. That is beautiful. Obviously a sweet wine, with good weight. However, I think this quite intense sweetness as well backed by a bright freshness. So on the finish, we still have that sensation of acidity and that invigorating freshness. Bloody lushes on the palate, almost with a creamy texture. Layers of honey, yellow fruit, almond and nuts, a bit more of spiciness that has emerged. I think it has some age. I think there is almost a hint of white truffle, both aromatically and on the taste. Tremendous, very hard to resist. That is a bloody marvellous wine. I am just missing a hint of toasted brioche and foie gras.
