Château Meric – 2014 – Medoc Cru Bourgeois

Rather dark ruby red colour. Sweet nose of strawberry and red plum with a slight hint of oak. Classic structure with a firm backbone, medium weight blending red and dark fruit, some herbal and leafy notes, moderate ripeness, high acidity and medium length, a style that requires time in the cellar.
